Not only did Rebecca list our home substantially more than the previous realtor we had contacted but she managed to negotiate an even higher purchase price within 5 days. During this time Rebecca was keeping an eye on and researching a property just listed that we were interested in. As soon as we signed off on the sale of our home Rebecca advised us to make an offer on the town home we were interested in a bit below the list price, and the offer was accepted.
