Using Rebecca Fischer as our realtor was one of the best decisions we made in the selling process. We worked hard to make sure the house was as sellable as we could possibly make it, and she worked hard to bring us the right buyers for the right price. She was scrupulous about following Covid-19 protocols- something that is especially important to us. From the start, she was personable and professional; her proposal used good insights into the market and values in the area, as well as plenty of comps. We were selling a pretty unique property (MCM home on 1 1/2 acres), and her marketing strategies, including beautiful photographs and enticing verbiage in the blurbs, helped show the property to the best advantage. She was on hand for inspections and any remediation work when we were out of town. Additionally, Rebecca made herself available to answer questions and made sure we understood and were on board with every step of the process. She made things as easy as they could be, and was endlessly patient and upbeat during the sale of the home.
