We were buying in an extremely tough market. It seemed like every house we looked at was sold or had multiple offers. Rebecca was quick to respond to our requests to view homes, and quick to point out homes just as they were coming on the market – sometimes BEFORE they were on the market. When we did finally locate our dream home, Rebecca negotiated around the clock (I once texted her at midnight and got a response seconds later) to make the deal happen for us. Likewise, on the sale of our home, Rebecca’s guidance and preparedness helped us get multiple offers our first day on the market – in the worst blizzard of the winter no less!
