Rebecca and I connected immediately when we met – and she had also helped another family member find a home. Rebecca listened carefully to what I thought I wanted – and then guided me, by the first few homes we looked at, to figure out what I REALLY wanted. Rebecca was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the market. I gave her a difficult assignment, as I wanted to be within a certain amount of time from each of my kids – and they live at different ends of the metro area. She helped me find the home that really fits both my needs and personality, she gave great advice on how the process would work, negotiated fiercely on my behalf, and always gave me the options available to me and followed my wishes. She helped me find the right lender, gave me names of service folks I requested, and continues to be a resource. I highly recommend Rebecca Fischer if you are looking for a home!
