Rebecca was incredible to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the industry, very professional and very detailed. She’s extremely responsive and willing and able to help at any time of the day! She did her research on every house we were interested in looking at and shared anything pertinent with us… before we’d even see the house! Since she’s so detail-oriented, when we’d look at a house, she’d quickly see any potential issue and point it out to us along with letting us know if/how concerning it is. For selling our house, I loved her process for very clearly walking us through every step of her marketing plan along with a line-item document, outlining every expense and potential expense involved in selling a house. This gave us an accurate expectation of how much money we’d make if we sold the house at different price points. She brought in someone to help us stage our house (for free) using our own furniture and it made a HUGE difference. She also brought in a great photographer to take pictures for the listing! She spares no expense and everything she does is done with excellence and high-end! Even though our house was not super expensive, she spent time with us and treated us like a high-end client! Using Rebecca for our Realtor was the best choice we could have made! I highly recommend using her as your realtor – you won’t regret it!!
